Ruth’s interest in the transformative power of a good leader as been honed over the years. As the Leadership Director at St Stithians Girls’ College, Ruth was involved in staff and student development for 11 years. This meant working with individuals and groups. Ruth’s creative approach to leadership saw her developing leadership programmes and philosophy, not only for St Stithians Girls’ College, but for other schools.
