After facilitating leadership and personal development for groups, Ruth realised that there was a need for people to use the skills she taught in a personal way. The answer for Ruth was to come alongside as life coach. Ruth is a facilitator of the internationally recognised course: Investment in Excellence. Ruth undertook a two-year coach training with Results Coaching. Her passion for coaching led to a course of Logotherapy through the Viktor Frankl Institute. Her constant pursuit towards best practice saw her qualifying as a Martha Beck Wayfinder coach. This is seen in the coaching world as the gold standard of coaching.

Her passion for knowing what makes us think and behave as we do means that Ruth comes into the conversation with a wide range of thinking and skills. Her coaching meets the needs of the individual and does not work to a formula.

Ruth coaches locally (in Plettenberg Bay, South Africa), and internationally through online platforms. The online platform is proving to be a brilliant and focussed approach to coaching. Ruth has clients in the Netherlands, Portugal, Ireland, Spain, Australia, Madeira, Switzerland and South Africa.
